Looking for alternative for Amazon shopping. Deliveries are becoming horrible. Stated delivery times are now just blatant lies. I pay more to meet the minimum $ so I can get important delivery in stated time slot in AM and then they don't come until late in the evening after my deadline has passed or I get an email stating that they ran into a problem again and it will be another day or longer to get delivery. Especially aggravating is ordering 3 of something and having an email stating all were shipped then receiving 1 on promised day and then having to wait multiple days for the other 2 to arrive.
I switched from eBay to Amazon because of the speed but now eBay is beating Amazon on price more often and the delivery is sometimes beating Amazon's delivery.
Time for a new company to step up and take over. Owner got his yacht and built up his fortune now letting the company suck

The Conshohoken Pa branch of Amazon shipping is the worse. Weekend deliveries never come, items are delayed every time, packages are left a quarter mile away on a different street and they say they left at my front door. I wish companies would stop using them to ship to me. I will not be renewing my subscription boxes with any company that uses Amazon shipping.

I've had three different sellers use the same delivery service, and none of my packages have arrived. One was reportedly damaged and returned, while the other two were marked as delivered on days I was home all day. I have security cameras to confirm no deliveries were made.

If your orders are shipped by this service, expect significant delays. I ordered a musical instrument and an amplifier, and for an entire week, my order status remained unchanged. When I contacted support, they assured me of a quick resolution, but the package remained in transit for days. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing.

Consistently Poor Shipping Experience

The shipping service is consistently the worst. I've had packages lost multiple times, and I have to reach out to the sellers for any resolution. When I inquire via email, they acknowledge the loss but leave the status as delayed. This leads to waiting weeks for replacements or refunds. It's incredibly frustrating.

Unprofessional Delivery Practices

Absolutely appalling service. A delivery was made today, and the driver left my package in a public area where anyone could take it. They didn’t even knock or ring the bell. How can this be considered a proper delivery? I'm extremely upset.
