Last year, I rated the service highly due to a successful delivery despite some challenges. Unfortunately, this time has been quite frustrating. The entire process stretched over three months, from early October to late December. Additionally, I received inconsistent information about a supposed policy regarding my item (a powdered drink) being prohibited, which I was not informed of at the beginning. Moreover, the item was undeliverable to the host, forcing me to restart the process in late October. Finally, the shipping fees were significantly higher than last year's, even though the package was only slightly larger and heavier; the cost increased to three times what I paid before. While I could have checked beforehand, I assumed the price would be relatively similar. Ultimately, receiving my package was overshadowed by these frustrating issues, leading me to decide against using their service again.
