Few choices, expensive shipping and ipmort duties / fees: they ask me to pay 70$ for insurance which I did not want and was not included in initial shipping costs; they overestimate import duties and taxes and don't let me choose to pay them at delivery (DDU, delivery duties unpaid), which was an option on the website, but was greyed out / not applicable for the cheapest carrier (FedEx). The other one that has the DDU option active is DHL but the shipping costs twice as much... no thanks. No UPS option or other couriers.
They contraddicted themselves on those 2 points in their emails as well (I had received an email in which they stated that insurance was RECOMMENDED not forced and that any import duty would not be included in the shippimg price and would only be paid at the delivery... then they wanted me to pay duties in advance to be able to choose the cheap shipping option and the insurance became mandatory. What a joke). The customer service wasn't helpful at all: they just contraddicted themselves and kept saying that insurance is compulsory and FedEx doesn't offer DDU option. They offered me NO ddu cheapa alternative.
They want me to pay 1200$ of duties (+350$ shipping) on a 3500$ purchase... ludicrous.
