actually the worst “shipping service platform” i have ever used in my life. shipped a package that didn’t weigh more than 8oz to Australia from the US, paid $35 for a label. about a month later shipstation stole another $17 from my account without authorization AFTER i had removed my card from their site! shipstation customer service claimed i had to contact FedEx (which i did) and they told me no adjustment existed. HMMMMM? smells like a scam to me, shipstation quite literally stole my money and tried to blame it on FedEx. immediately contacted my bank for a dispute, won my case in not even a week. actual disgusting behavior from a service that claims they “save” people money. no, you rob people and your “savings” are a joke. also, did you guys know that shipstation isn’t BBB accredited? that should tell you everything you need to know.
