I placed orders for my mother who passed away last August. For the past 15 months, I've contacted customer service multiple times to request removal from their mailing list, as these catalogues are distressing for my 92-year-old father. Despite assurances, the catalogues kept coming. I even submitted an online request under the UK GDPR, yet they began emailing me promotional offers instead! Another catalogue just arrived. It's frustratingly disrespectful and upsetting. If I could rate this with zero stars, I would.
