The website is very easy to navigate. My order was processed and arrived on time. The products are well-crafted and offered at fantastic prices… However, I kindly ask that the complimentary ringsizer be stopped, as I currently have six unused ones in a drawer! Thank you.
I've relied on the service multiple times over the years. From the first interaction (I prefer phone calls over online ordering) to my recent call, they have consistently met my expectations. Although I was late with a Christmas order, they assured me they would do their best. To my surprise, a package arrived this morning, just in time for the holiday! This company is professional yet approachable, setting a benchmark for excellence.
I needed to order earrings last minute as a gift, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The customer service representative was exceptional, and the earrings arrived right on schedule. This independent jeweller is wonderful, and I appreciate the shop and the staff.
I placed orders for my mother who passed away last August. For the past 15 months, I've contacted customer service multiple times to request removal from their mailing list, as these catalogues are distressing for my 92-year-old father. Despite assurances, the catalogues kept coming. I even submitted an online request under the UK GDPR, yet they began emailing me promotional offers instead! Another catalogue just arrived. It's frustratingly disrespectful and upsetting. If I could rate this with zero stars, I would.

Whether online or via phone, the customer service is excellent. Deliveries are trustworthy with a recognized carrier, and the product quality is superb. It's also great to receive discount vouchers for future orders. I have no complaints about this service. Thank you!
