I began delivering for the company on its first day in California and successfully completed 50 routes with over 1500 packages. Recently, my account was deactivated after I received a harsh email from their team falsely accusing me of stealing 10 packages from a route that never occurred. I filed an appeal and requested an investigation, but the response was simply that they would "look into it." I have not received any further communication from them. I am now preparing a complaint with the California Labor Commissioner and considering legal action.
