I’m really disappointed with Veho delivery. They missed my package not once, but twice. I stayed home waiting, and it still wasn’t delivered as scheduled. It’s frustrating when you’re expecting something important and the delivery keeps getting delayed. I hope they improve their reliability and communication in the future.

Mostly great! With exception of the first delivery, as it was delivered to the wrong address. Most likely a GPS error because of a similar address. I just had to write detailed instructions for them as to exactly where my address is located and I’ve had great service since then.

Consistent Quality in Deliveries

I have received around 10 deliveries so far, and in nearly all cases, the boxes were in excellent condition. Even the one instance that wasn't perfect was still better than what I've experienced with most other delivery services. On a few occasions, the box was placed on a chair for easy access to my door, which I found very considerate, especially since I have partial disabilities. Other times, it was left on my porch close to the door. I also appreciate receiving text notifications regarding the arrival and delivery of my box. Overall, my experience indicates that the service is performing exceptionally well.

Great service with a minor hiccup

I've only experienced one instance where my order was mistakenly delivered to a neighbor, but I quickly reached out to the driver, and he promptly fixed the issue. It was really considerate of him to return and make it right. Overall, I find them to be a very good service.

Disappointing Experience with the Service

I began delivering for the company on its first day in California and successfully completed 50 routes with over 1500 packages. Recently, my account was deactivated after I received a harsh email from their team falsely accusing me of stealing 10 packages from a route that never occurred. I filed an appeal and requested an investigation, but the response was simply that they would "look into it." I have not received any further communication from them. I am now preparing a complaint with the California Labor Commissioner and considering legal action.

Package left in an unsafe location.

A package was delivered to our backyard, right behind the garage door. We were fortunate to notice it before moving the car. This was the worst delivery experience I've ever had. We ended up returning the product for a refund.
