I have received around 10 deliveries so far, and in nearly all cases, the boxes were in excellent condition. Even the one instance that wasn't perfect was still better than what I've experienced with most other delivery services. On a few occasions, the box was placed on a chair for easy access to my door, which I found very considerate, especially since I have partial disabilities. Other times, it was left on my porch close to the door. I also appreciate receiving text notifications regarding the arrival and delivery of my box. Overall, my experience indicates that the service is performing exceptionally well.
