Very easy efficient and friendly team especially Oli and Lauren.This is how I felt but now after 3 months of being in the property I an very disappointed. I was promised it would be white washed and cleaned up as it was and still is very scruffy. Also on getting the keys I found out the oven and dishwasher do not work which I raised immediately. Yet I have still yet to have either looked at yet alone fixed.I have also reported the broken blinds which again are still in a state of disrepair.In summary don't sign for anything until you are certain all is as it should be and Also don't bother calling up to complain as you will rarly get a response let alone a call back.It seems once you've signed shipways just wash there hands of you.
