Just back from my second visit and have received the same great attention from Arta and Naomi. Arta has certainly had a good workout on my root canal today, a true engineer! Both ladies humming to the tunes on the radio, whilst remaining professional. Things like this help the patient feel calm, comfortable and confident. It’s lovely to experience a team that are so happy and work well together. Everything was clearly explained to me both before and afterwards, the work carried out, the possible outcomes, and how we move forward.
