After filling out my pre-visit questionnaire, it was evident that the representative was familiar with my responses and did everything possible to make me comfortable. I was uncertain about what to expect, but I soon realized I was in capable hands, receiving exceptional treatment and care. She took the time to explain my scan results and listened to my concerns, which I truly appreciated; nothing seemed too much trouble. The young man assisting her was also very kind. I scheduled a consultation regarding a back molar that may require a root canal or extraction with an implant. I sought a second opinion and was correct to consult with the representative, as their advice aligned with my dentist's. However, one important detail was noted regarding preserving bone during extraction, which I wouldn't have been aware of without this consult. Now I can ensure that the extraction is handled by someone skilled in preserving as much bone as possible. The consultation was excellent, and I am very pleased with the outcome.
