STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEALER! This has been the worst motorcycle purchasing experience in over 35 years! The bike was delivered without coolant, the oil level was low, and there were multiple defects. The sales manager dismissed these issues as wear and tear. All these problems could have been caught during the pre-delivery inspection, which raises serious questions. I had to rely on the manufacturer for repairs as the dealership refused to take responsibility. The management could learn a lot about customer service from the service team, who were exceptional. It's disappointing, as I prefer to support local businesses, but I recommend looking elsewhere until they improve their customer service skills.
