I emailed them twice, receiving one reply that it was on its way, but the tracking doesn’t confirm this. I may need to initiate an investigation with the payment service. If I had researched this company better, I likely wouldn’t have made the purchase, but it was under $70. Now, my wife is disappointed wondering where her jacket is.
