This service is a scam. I ordered a jacket that never shipped — they just created a fake tracking number showing “awaiting item” with USPS and kept making excuses for weeks. I mentioned needing it for an event, and they assured me it was on the way, but it never came. They also did not issue a refund. I had to dispute the transaction with my bank, which has been a total hassle. Don't waste your time or money — this is not a reliable business. Steer clear.
I regret not checking reviews beforehand. My order for two baseball caps was only $41.00. They keep promising that my order will ship the next day. Two days later, USPS confirmed they hadn't received it from this service. Are there any ethical online retailers left? Update: It’s been 12 days, and USPS states my order hasn’t been delivered to their facility yet. Plus, customer service hasn’t replied to my inquiries about the order.
I purchased a jacket via a payment service (using the registered address on file). They sent the jacket to a different street address, according to my local post office. So, the post office returned it. I’ve tried calling customer service, but it always goes to voicemail. I emailed them twice, receiving one reply that it was on its way, but the tracking doesn’t confirm this. I may need to initiate an investigation with the payment service. If I had researched this company better, I likely wouldn’t have made the purchase, but it was under $70. Now, my wife is disappointed wondering where her jacket is.
Terrible customer service, seriously... They don’t respond to emails, shipping takes forever despite estimated times, never again. I’m just trying to get my money back, but they won’t let me because they created the shipping label without sending the item. How does that make sense?
Very poor service. It took a month to arrive from the original order date, well past the estimated shipment date. I received notice to cancel two weeks after ordering. THEN, when the shirts arrived, they were all undersized and didn’t fit. I probably have no chance of getting a refund. The customer service number belongs to a personal phone, which doesn’t answer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SERVICE!
