While finishing up my order I made a mistake filling in my personal information, so I made a second order quickly after that, in order to correct it and avoid any delivery delays from happening. I wrote an email + their refund form, explaining the problem. Because of their pOLiCy they refused to cancel my order, even though my order wasn't even made or shipped yet and only offered to correct the delivery information. In short, you are being immediately punished by their policy for making any kind of mistake during your order. I have never experienced this in any other website/service and it feel like a total scam. Now I am stuck with an extra shirt that I do not want and I cannot return.
