In short: Poor quality, poor service, not recommended.
I placed an order for a printed basic T-shirt. The T-shirt pictured was dark blue with a fitted waist, but the one I received was a faded blue and cut like a sack.
Customer service did not address my complaint, despite comparing the T-shirt to the picture on the website.
I do not recommend buying anything from them, as the quality leaves much to be desired.

I just got my order in,I ordered following parts:- 3 t-shirts- 2 baseball caps- 1 tanktop shirtFrom the 3 tshirts, one has a defect, there is a white printline on a place where it shouldn't be. The sizes are all in L (Large). The t-shirts are fine, they fit just nicely. However, the tanktop on the other hand came out really small, so it's close to useless with my figure. The baseball caps are 'dadhats', Meaning they are pretty 'floppy' and not firm how they should be. You can see the wrinkles and edges all over, even if you wear it. The only thing good is the quick delivery, and the fact everything is printed with the correct alignment. So overall, not to happy with my order, I'm only partially happy with the t-shirts, which even still, one of them has a print defect.‐----UPDATE: ShirtUp reached out to me, and offered me a refund on the tanktop + a replacement of the faulty printed Tshirt, after showing proof of the fault. They were VERY quick with responding.It shows they do care about their customers, so i adjusted my rating accordingly.
I tried ShirtUp not knowing anything about them, when the shirts arrived apart from appearing smaller than expected (xl) , but that happens everywhere. More importantly the printing experience I was satisfied with the explanation on the printing process while ordering, and then the final result

Dammit, this was WAY below expectation. I bought the upper-quality t-shirt. Don't want to know what the lower quallity is. The print looks... well... leave it to that. Sizes are very small, XL is usually quite baggy for me but this was like taking on a t-shirt that is way too tight to start with. I also bought a bag - I've bought better bags at temu for a 5th of the price. This is rubbish. Money down the drain, go somewhere else.
Unfortunately over half of my order was faulty and the customer success does not reply directly back, the rather use AI Assistant Bots which replies back, but a second email never arrives. The order was handled really quickly, in the timespan of one day, but that brought the problem the prints did not dry completely and the either have cracks or part of the print is missing. Ordered where 70 products and only 18 are somehow alright.
