Placed an order Dec 4, 2024 and still have not received it as of Jan 20th, 2025. I get that Canada Post went on strike, but why courier through them? CP went on strike 2 weeks before the order was placed. Customer support has ignored my requests for a refund because they claim it is still in transit. I should not be financially on the hook for a products in limbo due to their poor planning.
