I bought a lifetime deal through a 3rd party for their service many years ago. That one-time deal made me turn around and buy regular hosting through them for my personal web hosting. And now I have switched my employer's (a media & advertising company) hosting service from Bluehost to Shock Hosting. Most of our domains that were in Wix and GoDaddy are slowly being transferred to Shock. And as far as troubleshooting problems, any time I've had a problem, their support is lighting fast, I don't think I've ever had an issue go longer than 24 hours without being solved. Their tech support people are also polite and kind for some of the questions I've asked.
