Been with this webhost for long time. Their plans so cheap for service you would be actually shocked. I paid a lot more for a lot less. I was with many hosts before and the support sucks. I been having issues lately my stupid wordpress site got hacked with malware and I kept trying fix things than messed up email account you name it these last two weeks been stressful. I'm a painter not some web guy and they always reply fast and do everything they can help. Anyone looking for webhost I highly recommend them your not just a number to them they always reply super fast for someone with all these issues lately that says a lot. I bought a lifetime deal through a 3rd party for their service many years ago. That one-time deal made me turn around and buy regular hosting through them for my personal web hosting. And now I have switched my employer's (a media & advertising company) hosting service from Bluehost to Shock Hosting. Most of our domains that were in Wix and GoDaddy are slowly being transferred to Shock. And as far as troubleshooting problems, any time I've had a problem, their support is lighting fast, I don't think I've ever had an issue go longer than 24 hours without being solved. Their tech support people are also polite and kind for some of the questions I've asked.
