I recently ordered some KYB shocks/struts for my 2005 Honda Odyssey van. Immediately after placing my order, I realized I had accidentally duplicated it. Now I was going to be charged for the item I wanted twice. At the time my order was placed, ShockSurplus was closed, so I emailed my dilemma to the their support team. In the back of my mind, I was thinking my stupid mistake would end taking forever to get resolved. To my surprise, there was a response to my email from an extremely helpful employee named Cheri, the first thing the following morning. She assured me that she would follow up on this matter and get it resolved as soon as possible. By mid afternoon, I received a follow up message that my charge card would be credited within 1 to 3 business days and that my order had been shipped. This is a business that understands the importance of good customer service! Not only will I purchase product from ShockSurplus in the future, I will be sure to recommend them to all of my friends.
