I ordered 2 sets of Bilstein shocks for 2 of my pick ups. Of the 8 shocks that paid over a thousand dollars for, only 2 were correct. I have tried multiple times to correct the issue and even paid an additional fee to return the wrong items. I talked with some one after numerous attempts with zero results to help in any way. This is the AI run around at is best. I am most unsatisfied with the service. This has been going on for 3.5 weeks now. I have trucks that I cannot drive because of this company. All I can do is wait and hope that I can get some kind of confirmation,or that they might return my money or acknowledge their mistake and do anything to correct it.
