Why didn’t I read the reviews first!!!!! Normally I do!! Ordered some highland cow slippers back in November 2025. After repeated emails requesting a shipping date they finally arrived mid January. Opened the package to find ‘cat’ motif slippers. I’m sorry but I’m not a cat person and I didn’t want these. I’m not prepared to pay to return them and they are flatly refusing to fulfill the refund unless I do. And they won’t send me the slippers I order !!! ( I also thought shoe store uk were in the UK - silly me)!!!!Stay well clear of this company.
