I ordered a pair of boots online October 17, 2024. After placing the order I received an email stating as soon as the items shipped I would be notified with a tracking number. I waited. Time went by. I copied my order number and went to their website. Under my order details, in red, it said if you have tried to cancel this order after the order was placed we are sorry it will be processed and you can place a return after you receive it. I thought that was odd as I never requested to cancel the order. I waited a bit longer then I started getting irritated. It is difficult to find an email online for the company, a phone number, yes. But I wanted to send a screenshot of what it showed under my order. Sent my email the 27th, received an automate response saying they would get back to me within 48 hours. Early this morning, the 29th I received a ‘so sorry reply’! The order I placed on the 17th, ran out of stock the 18th. I never received a notification or as far as I can tell , a refund. Again, so sorry and here is 15% off your next purchase. No thank you. I wanted the boots before now not another wait of up to 10 days with the possibility of the order being cancelled and my not being notified. I even checked my junk mail folder! I am beyond annoyed at their lousy customer service! So beware if you order from this well know footwear merchant!! Update: I used ApplePay so I went to my wallet in my iPhone. There it was with the purchase date of 10/27. I called my bank. They reviewed it on their end. Looked like they returned the funds immediately which is great. At least I wasn’t scammed. BUT I was not made aware of the error on their end. So much.for using that puny 15% apology to shop for something g else. FYI: you can find a lot of their footwear on Amazon. Perhaps not with a discount, but as a Prime member you will get your shoes fast!
