As a long-time customer, I've never faced such frustration with this company. I ordered shoes for my daughter on December 7, knowing holiday delays were possible. What I didn’t expect was total incompetence and a lack of accountability. Their delivery partner couldn't find my package. After multiple attempts to reach out, I was repeatedly asked for the same information, raising concerns about my account's security. Even after finally speaking to someone, my request for prioritized shipping due to the delays was denied. This disregard for loyal customers has severely shaken my trust in the company, and I will be sharing my experience widely until I see real accountability.
