I have been a customer since 2010, and this has been the most frustrating and disappointing experience I have encountered with this company. I placed an order on December 7 for three pairs of shoes for my daughter. I was aware that it was the holiday season and that delays were possible. However, I did not expect the level of incompetence, lack of accountability, and weeks of being ignored. Their delivery partner could not even locate my package. When I contacted them on December 18, I was directed to reach out to the company. Following up on December 24 yielded the same response—no answers, no tracking updates, no ownership. I began emailing the company and have continued to do so weekly. Each time, I was asked for my name, email, and phone number, despite emailing from the same account and having already provided this information in my first message. This repetitive request raised concerns that my account might be compromised or that my emails were not being acknowledged at all. I also tried to call customer service, despite their claim of 24/7 support, but the call would not connect. It wasn't until January 15 that I finally spoke to someone. I was informed that my items would be resent, but when I asked if shipping would be prioritized due to the extensive delay and lack of communication, I was told no. That response was disheartening. I have spent thousands with this company over nearly 15 years. The refusal to prioritize a replacement shipment after such a failure shows a complete disregard for loyal customers. This experience has severely damaged my trust in the company. I will be sharing this review widely until accountability and a meaningful resolution are taken seriously.
