I placed an order on February 13th and tried to cancel it within 20 minutes. I contacted Shoe Palace five separate times — emails and inquiries were completely ignored. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.First, the representative told me there was “no cancellation” stated in the product description — which turned out to be wrong because he was looking at the wrong pair of shoes. Despite my timely cancellation request, they still processed and shipped the order. Then I was told the restocking fee would be waived, and now the shoes were supposed to arrive today… but they didn’t.So after ignoring my cancellation request, they still shipped the item anyway. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience! The customer service guy I spoke with on the phone ! Needs to be FIRED! What ever happened to customers are always right! In most cases!! JD sports needs to fix’s the asap! I will and everyone I know will no longer shop there!!!
