Review Time
I placed an order on 1/23. Shoes arrived 2/12, including emails stating 2 pairs of shoes were sent in the shipment but I only received 1 pair. Their return policy was not available online. It took 5 days for them to respond to the emails inquiring how to return, at which point they stated that their policy is that returned shoes must be received 30 days AFTER PURCHASE (i.e., I had less than 5 days to get them back into their hands after receiving the information on how to return them - 10 days after receiving them). They used nearly the entire return period on shipping them out to me, since it took 3 weeks to get them (therefore missing the function I needed them for).
I placed an order on February 13th and tried to cancel it within 20 minutes. I contacted Shoe Palace five separate times — emails and inquiries were completely ignored. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
First, the representative told me there was “no cancellation” stated in the product description — which turned out to be wrong because he was looking at the wrong pair of shoes. Despite my timely cancellation request, they still processed and shipped the order. Then I was told the restocking fee would be waived, and now the shoes were supposed to arrive today… but they didn’t.
So after ignoring my cancellation request, they still shipped the item anyway. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience! The customer service guy I spoke with on the phone ! Needs to be FIRED! What ever happened to customers are always right! In most cases!! JD sports needs to fix’s the asap! I will and everyone I know will no longer shop there!!!

The worst experience ever! you can't return online orders in store. They don't ever answer the customer service number given online. paid over $35 dollars to ship back and they still haven't issued refund from my returned received with required signature. Will be disputing with credit card company!

I am a State of California Licensed Real Estate Professional Consultant. Unfortunately, on 01/03/2026 I suffered a family emergency. With out going into great detail... I was not able to work or generate any income for several weeks. On 01/22/2026 reached out to District Manger Ruben (via phone) at the Ventura Location. I let him know the situation Re. me having to return a beautiful pair of Jordans, my wife had given me for Christmas... due to the financial hardship, my family and I was facing at the time! Ruben & his Team of Jon, and Charlie did not hesitate to assist me Immediately! I walked into the Camarillo Location, Jon, was ready to address the situation ASAP! The transaction was Seamless and completed in a Timely Manner! In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared in today's relations. In my opinion, the level of service that Jon, Charlie & D.M. Ruben extended to me and my family was far beyond our expectations. The work that Jon, Charlie & D.M. Ruben did should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate. To say the very least... I am a Shoe Palace Customer for life! I am Extremely Satisfied! Daneil, Camarillo
The worse experience ever a buddy told me they were legit. Order some gamma 12s on Dec 13th still haven’t arrived I sent numerous emails as well as called them no return backs or anything this am I paid 18 bucks extra for shipping don’t waste your time or money shop else were
They had false advertising on their website. When I received the item, it was not at all like the description or picture, and when I called to get a refund the person argued with me, and finally said that I could return it for a full refund (without the restocking fee).But never sent a follow up email with the information on how to get a full refund, I do not trust them to refund any money, so I had to keep the item.
Legitimately so awful. Do not order from their online site. They cancelled half my order and the other half took a literal eternity to ship. Also the return policy is AWFUL. They do not take online order returns in store which like…why? And you have to ship it back to them and wait a lifetime to get a fraction of your money back. Awful costumer service, can’t talk to anyone online/on the phone. Workers in the store have no idea about the online policies and how the website work. Shoe palace more like shoe hell, never ordering from them again.
I've placed multiple orders with Shoe Palace and never had a problem. They are actually my go to for foamposite releases. I placed an order on the 15th of December, its a Xmas present. It still hasn't shipped. I placed another order on the 19th of December and it shipped that same day. Is this company a scam? No not at all They are actually good when they are on the ball. The customer service is garbage. Its non existing. Ive emailed them about my order multiple time with no response back. I've even tried to call the number on their site. I have been calling it all day and its constantly busy. I really liked this spot. I've bought a half a dozen pairs of foamposites and never had an issue but I grade a company on how it handles mistakes and this comoamy handles their mistakes poorly, actually they dont even handle them. I guess they leave it to the consumer to fix it. I am going to have to take time out of my busy day to call my bank and have them cancel the order I placed on the 15th. Most of all its a Christmas Present that isn't going to be under the tree thanks to Shoe Palace!
