Willowbrook mall in Houston Texas. I bought a pair of Tennis shoes..looked good..felt horrible!! I brought them back to the store within the14days and explained that the right shoe had something that was stabbing me. I wore them for maybe 4 hours and decided they hurt too much. I brought them back and was told that because i wore them they were not eligible for return. How am i supposed to know if I'm satisfied with a product of i can't use it first???? The manager was rude and the assistant manager told me " i have the same shoes on and they're fine". I will NEVER give my business to this place again. Now I'm stuck with a $120 pair of shoes that i can't wear. Shameful!!
