I ordered a pair of men's size 9 shoes for a little over $20.They sent me a women's size 9 (men's 7).I followed their instructions about returning the item.The price to ship the shoes back to "SHOE SHOW" via USPS was $14.50.Shoe Show eventually refunded the money for the shoes which was about $20.I called them to follow up if and when I would receive the reimbursement for the shipping fee.I explained that they sent me the wrong size and I didn't even want the reimbursement, I just wanted the correct shoe size.I told the gentleman at SHOE SHOW that I returned the shoes, they reimbursed the price of the shoes, and I basically just paid $14.50 to USPS to ship the shoes back to Shoe Show ( I basically lost $14.50. ALMOST THE COST OF THE SHOES) because of their mistake.The person I spoke with told me they would look into it.Lo and behold, I never heard back from them again.
