I ordered a pair of shoes online.The parcel was first sent to the wrong address, but somehow not delivered, and made it back to the company!The address was apparently at my neighbors (one door down), who once they would have seen my name on the parcel, would have brought it to our house, even if it had their house number on it. (We know and help each other when mail is delivered to the wrong address.) That being said, I am sure it was never brought to our street.I found out about it one week later when I contacted them.Then they attempted to re-send the shoes, and made it to send them to literally another state! I found out about it, because I was provided with a tracking number and a specific carrier. When that tracking number did not work and I contacted them again, I was told it was -another- carrier. (Keep in mind I have this in writing/e-mails.) Once I typed in the tracking number into carrier#2 search field, the result was the wrong state!I called customer service to find out what was going on after 3 weeks of waiting, and was told they'd have to wait until the respective employee responsible for shipping out the items comes in. The representative had the correct shiping address on file, as we double checked it.I explained to them that this was an internal investigation which had nothing to do with me as a customer and I had been waiting for a long time already.The only thing we could agree on was that I should receive a refund, which again would take x days due to their processing time. So, no shoes for the day they were meant for and currently waiting on my money.Never again!Not reliable. Rude. Unorganized. And that's to say the least.
