I placed an order for two pairs of flip flops. Exactly the same pair. I received one in good condition. The second pair came in with mismatched shoes. I contacted Nika Mullis at customer service and she asked for proof. I sent her a photo. She then sent me a shipping label - 2 days later - to return the mismatched shoes and told me that they would send out the shoes I ordered when they received my return. That is not how I expected this to be handled. My shoes should have already been on their way. Very bad customer service. Very unhappy with this company. Buyer beware!
