Things sometimes go wrong, however good the product. When they do, the mark of a company is how they respond. Shokz's customer support when my headphones had a problem was exceptional, they guided me through procedures to try and resolve the problem and when the problem persisted they sent a free replacement. Couldn't fault their attitude. I wish all companies were like this.
