AVOID ONLINE PURCHASES FROM THIS BRAND. I have been a loyal customer for many years, buying through a major retailer without issues. However, my recent experience with direct online purchasing will be my first and last. I bought a dress during a sale that was not marked as final sale. When I tried to return it, I was told that refunds were not allowed and that I had to exchange it instead. I proceeded with the exchange, hoping to find the right dress for my engagement celebration. When the exchanged dress didn’t fit, I was informed that I had no options because it was marked as final sale, even though the original item was not. Customer service showed no flexibility, accountability, or willingness to resolve my issue. Every response was just a copy of policy, with no regard for fairness or customer experience. For a brand at this price, the online service is shockingly poor. This has completely destroyed my trust in the brand. Save yourself the trouble. If you’re considering buying online, think again.
