AVOID ONLINE PURCHASES FROM THIS BRAND. I have been a loyal customer for many years, buying through a major retailer without any issues. However, my recent experience buying online will be my first and last. I bought a dress during a sale, which was not a final sale item. When I attempted to return it, I was informed that refunds were not allowed and that I needed to exchange it instead. I proceeded with the exchange in good faith, hoping to find the perfect dress for my engagement celebration. When the exchanged dress didn't fit, I learned that I had no options because it was marked as final sale, despite the original item not being final sale and now being sold again at full price. The customer service displayed no flexibility, accountability, or interest in resolving my issue. Every reply was merely a repetition of policy, lacking any consideration for fairness or customer satisfaction. Given the price point of this brand, the online service is alarmingly inadequate. This experience has shattered my trust in the brand. Do yourself a favor. If you're considering buying online, think twice.

When the exchanged dress didn’t fit, I was informed that I had no options because it was marked as final sale, even though the original item was not. Customer service showed no flexibility, accountability, or willingness to resolve my issue. Every response was just a copy of policy, with no regard for fairness or customer experience. For a brand at this price, the online service is shockingly poor. This has completely destroyed my trust in the brand. Save yourself the trouble. If you’re considering buying online, think again.

Very Disappointed

Very disappointed. The quality of the clothing is lacking, and the fit is off. The pants gather in the front. I won’t be buying again.

STAY AWAY!

This is my first review ever, as I am so frustrated and need to warn others! What kind of company refuses refunds and only offers store credit? And only if you spend a significant amount returning the item back? That’s absurd. I’m stuck with a dress that is not only of poor quality but was also advertised in the wrong color—the item shown online and the actual dress are drastically different. I will never shop here again and will advise others to STAY AWAY.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are impossible to deal with, not flexible at all, and take three days to respond to emails while never answering the phone! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Avoid This Brand

Avoid this brand. Their sizing is very inconsistent—some items vary by up to two sizes. Their size chart is unreliable; customer service even mentioned it’s just a reference. As for their customer service, it was equally disappointing. I submitted a return inquiry and received no response. I then tried the online chat—waited for an hour, and someone showed up just one minute before closing. As soon as I replied, the chat went offline. When I finally got through, I was told 'policy is policy' and that my situation didn’t change anything.

FANTASTIC Customer Service!

The customer service I received has been FANTASTIC! I worked with a representative who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dresses for some upcoming events. Nothing was ever an issue; she was quick and thorough with her responses, and all the dresses I received to try on were beautiful! I highly recommend this brand, especially for their outstanding customer service.

DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM

Customer service is awful. I spent a significant amount on clothes. I’ve previously bought a wedding dress without problems. However, I followed the size guide for these items, and none fit. I attempted to exchange but they had no size for me, so I tried to return them and was charged for shipping despite their website stating returns were free. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. Now I’m left with clothes that don’t fit. Customer service will mislead you.
