I spent £50 on products in January 2026, they arrived and looked great, packaged in an impressive box. The videos and reviews you see about keeping food, drink hot are so far apart from my reality. 3 hours food stayed hot to warm, tips to pre heat etc all followed, but then they say fill to the top, tried that, again still didnt work. Also conflicts with promoting the idea of putting cooked breakfast items in the food flask, are they expecting us to cram bacon and eggs in it to the top to keep hot until lunch! Anyway the cup flask wasnt all that good either coffee stayed hot for 4 hours tops, at the very most and leaked. All again looks good, but thats it. Poor customer service no response back from customer services. My concern is how can one review say they are amazing, food stayed hot and then others like mine saying food and drink didnt. Its impossible to have such a disparity in reviews, hot, warm, cold is a fact, not subjective opinions..look at the pattern of good and negative reviews....seems odd
