I ordered a $150 pair of loafers as a Christmas gift for my daughter. The delivery took an excessively long time and they did not arrive in time for the holiday. After her trip, we discovered they were too small. I reached out to the support team four times to request an exchange, but received no response. It feels like a questionable company. Additionally, the shoes have a strong, unpleasant smell, reminiscent of petroleum. I cannot recommend this service.
