I ordered a $150 pair of loafers for my daughter as a Christmas gift. It took excessively long to arrive, and they didn’t make it in time for the holiday. After she returned from her trip, I found they were too small, but despite emailing the support team four times to request an exchange, I received no response. It feels like a questionable company. Additionally, the shoes have a strong, unpleasant odor, reminiscent of petroleum. I cannot recommend purchasing from this service.

I refuse to pay any more money to this dubious company. The shoes took five weeks to arrive, missed Christmas, were far from the size I ordered, and reek of a toxic odor. I initiated a return on the day of delivery for these reasons, but they won’t issue a refund and expect me to pay more to ship them back and repeat the process? It's disgraceful. While I can afford it, others may not. Please take better care of your workers and the models you feature.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences at their location when trying to exchange my shoes. The person assisting me, who turned out to be the manager, seemed unfamiliar with the products and appeared annoyed by my presence. I had to ask multiple times for help regarding the correct shoe size. They didn’t have the shoes I wanted in stock, and when I inquired about ordering the right size online, it seemed like a significant inconvenience for her. Since they only allow exchanges and no refunds, I'm unsure what would have happened if I hadn’t asked for the correct size. Nearly a month later, I still don’t have the shoes. I contacted customer service, and they told me to wait a few days for an update on my order. I ordered the initial shoes almost two months ago, and I won’t be buying from this service again due to the hassle.
I ordered a pair of shoes and waited about 3 to 4 weeks for them to arrive. I understand the delay since I live in Europe. However, when they finally arrived, the sole came off after just one wear! I took them for repair, and after one more use, the other sandal broke too. The design is nice, but the quality is lacking.
