I had one of the worst customer service experiences at their location when trying to exchange my shoes. The person assisting me, who turned out to be the manager, seemed unfamiliar with the products and appeared annoyed by my presence. I had to ask multiple times for help regarding the correct shoe size. They didn’t have the shoes I wanted in stock, and when I inquired about ordering the right size online, it seemed like a significant inconvenience for her. Since they only allow exchanges and no refunds, I'm unsure what would have happened if I hadn’t asked for the correct size. Nearly a month later, I still don’t have the shoes. I contacted customer service, and they told me to wait a few days for an update on my order. I ordered the initial shoes almost two months ago, and I won’t be buying from this service again due to the hassle.
