I usually don’t do this, but my experience was upsetting. I bought shoes from this store, and to date, there is no resolution to my case. The tag was created, but I never received a tracking code. They informed me the product would take 10-14 business days to arrive, but it came much later. I requested a return since I no longer had access to the address, and I asked for a refund. They said they would check with the manager about the possibility. I waited for a response, and they then told me I would receive store credit or they would wait for the product to arrive in my country. I accepted, but now I’m out of money and without the product. The customer service is slow and unclear. I do not recommend.
