Extremely slow customer service! I ordered the wrong pair of shoes, then within the minute emailed to cancel my order (and ordered the correct pair). I didn’t get a response for days, at which point the shoes had already been processed and the money had left my account. I emailed again to ask to cancel the order, received another cagey reply after about a week saying the shoes were out for delivery. I explained that it was ok and I’d happily return the shoes, as long as I was refunded plus the shipping costs, only to be told that they don’t cover shipping for international returns - even though all I had wanted to do was cancel the order in the first place! Really gives the impression they don’t care about their customers.
