What is going on with all these apps taking over tracking deliveries and doing a crappy job doing it. Wake up America! Damn SHOP app on my phone said my chain saw would deliver today Sunday after a week in transit. Now they say Wednesday. Are you kidding me? I changed my schedule to cut trees for a friend, and now I got egg on my face. Greenworks should stop using SHOP or I will not order from them again.
