Order #3177801365My package was lost the FedEx driver delivered it to the wrong place or stole it. After several messages they finally accept that the package is missing but instead of refunding me or asking me if I want to refund a replacement they just send me a replacement. This is a Christmas gift it's not going to arrive in time I need my money back. I asked for a supervisor three times they would not give me a supervisor and continue to ignore me. Finally I had to send a blank email just saying please send me to a manager before they would. They tell me I can refuse the package which is impossible I'll be on gone out of state. They don't care about customers they don't care how they help you they just send replacements without even asking! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO BEG TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. YOU SHOULDN'T BE STEALING CUSTOMERS REFUNDS AND ORDERING THEM NEW THINGS WITHOUT ASKING IF THIS IS WHAT THEY WANT. I WANT MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY AND I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO GET MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN ORDER THE CHRISTMAS GIFT THAT WILL ACTUALLY ARRIVE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
