Never had a bad experience on Arianas uk website order clothing vinyls and CDs from there on a monthly basis sometimes and they can sometimes arrive slowly but nothing to bad ! My only complaint is that the shipping is abit pricy and half of the items on the website need restocking

Order #3177801365My package was lost the FedEx driver delivered it to the wrong place or stole it. After several messages they finally accept that the package is missing but instead of refunding me or asking me if I want to refund a replacement they just send me a replacement. This is a Christmas gift it's not going to arrive in time I need my money back. I asked for a supervisor three times they would not give me a supervisor and continue to ignore me. Finally I had to send a blank email just saying please send me to a manager before they would. They tell me I can refuse the package which is impossible I'll be on gone out of state. They don't care about customers they don't care how they help you they just send replacements without even asking! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO BEG TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. YOU SHOULDN'T BE STEALING CUSTOMERS REFUNDS AND ORDERING THEM NEW THINGS WITHOUT ASKING IF THIS IS WHAT THEY WANT. I WANT MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY AND I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO GET MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN ORDER THE CHRISTMAS GIFT THAT WILL ACTUALLY ARRIVE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I ordered two vinyls for my daughter for Christmas. They have been in transit from the same location for 11 days so far and have clearly been lost by the carrier. I contacted customer service, which is an absolute joke by the way, and was told I need to wait 14 days before they will do anything. I said that was unacceptable and requested a refund and was told I can’t get a refund because the items were already shipped. Now here’s the best part. They told me when I receive the items I can either refuse them or send them back for a refund. How can I refuse or return items that the carrier has clearly lost?! They also told me I should try contacting the carrier. The carriers will only talk to the shipper! How do they not know this?! Absolutely the most incompetent customer service I have ever encountered. Patronize this website at your own risk. And shame on Ariana Grande for not stepping in to fix this. The one star ratings are plentiful so it’s no secret how terrible this website is. Just goes to show how much these artists really care about their fans.
I’m shocked this is a legitimate company. The customer service representatives are unprofessional and will say anything. I ordered a hoodie and realized I ordered the wrong size. I emailed them 10 hours after placing the order. Their response ignored my cancellation request and just stated the processing time for my order. Upon my second email to customer service team, I explained I had disputed the transaction already with my bank and repeated my request for cancellation.I got a personal response after the second message. I wouldn’t buy anything from this company again.
i ordered multiple albums from her recent drops and repressing. this was my second time purchasing the purple swirl variant of dangerous woman because last year it arrived black and gray- zero purple. i ordered again this year for it to somehow manage to be worse. two sides completely black and the back sides black and gray. not to mention my everything arrived ripped in the spine and the top and bent. christmas and chill has a huge rip on the top of it that goes all the way through the record jacket. plus it isn’t even the correct intro. i emailed and was told to use the self service portal for a refund- i don’t want a refund i want my items to be fixed especially since some of them won’t be repressed perhaps ever like christmas and chill and positions deluxe. i went to the self service portal and it’s talking about id get $15 less than what i paid for the record for my refund? i emailed them and asked why, they sent the same copy paste ai message not acknowledging anything i said. i said something else and again the same copy paste ai message not acknowledging anything ive said. been back and forth with this for 6 days now. i even asked multiple times can i please be forwarded to someone who can actually help me, got the same copy and paste email. over it, i filed a dispute with my bank. next day so conveniently a real person not ai emails me back offering to send me a replacement for dangerous woman. i asked her about the damaged items she sent me the same copy paste email about their bs self service portal. i told her im just going to proceed with my disputes. i received the replacement today for it to be worse than the one i just received. now i have three black and gray pressings of this record.not to mention this is a constant issue with her online store in regards to albums arriving split and bent and ripped. i’ve purchased her whole discography over time from her webstore and they are all split.it’s not just me, there’s tons of people on tiktok that have the same exact rip in christmas and chill that i do in the same exact place. multiple people received their dangerous woman with one side a little purple and the other side completely black. multiple people have received bent and split, ripped records from these recent drops.i just want my money back. i don’t understand why that is so difficult. i’m not doing the self service portal for a partial refund when this is the manufactures issue and not mine or any other customers.absolutely ridiculous. as much as i adore ariana i will never in my life order anything from her webstore again. customer service is atrocious.
Ordered 4 - 7” vinyl in August 2024 and never arrived. Tracked order, and FedEx said package didn’t arrive to them but a shipping label was made (at Ariana Grande Store) but when I inquired they said they was “a problem” shipping it, but couldn’t tell me what. Then suddenly the order couldn’t be filled and I have wait until they have stock again. What? My order never left your warehouse and suddenly it’s out of stock. Of course it’s exclusive and sold out everywhere so no chance of getting this for Christmas now. I was passed between 6 different people at customer service and now they just “closed” the discussion saying they can only fulfil 1 of the 4 vinyl. Pretty ridiculous.
Ordered 2 cds on Friday 6th September, still not shipped, customer support are telling me it "will was" shipped on multiple days, can't cancel as it has been processed, told me it was being posted via standard delivery when I paid for tracked 24, this is an absolute joke. I will be spamming them every day until I get a more accurate update. Can only refund once sent back, which I can imagine will never happen as they will probably not recieved the order. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do not buy from here
