Complete chaos both online and in-store. I've been trying to get a long sleeve home shirt for my husband, which has been out of stock online for months. I called the local store to check availability and was told they had plenty of sizes in stock. However, when I traveled an hour to the store the next day, they didn't have the size I needed. I was advised to call regularly for updates, but the staff couldn’t provide specific delivery days. They mentioned they would set aside the desired size for same-day collection if it arrived. For the past four days, I’ve tried calling the store, but no one answers! I even tried reaching another location, but I either get an answering machine or the number is out of service. My only option now is to drive to both stores daily to check stock myself! This is absolutely disgraceful and frustrating. Despite having plenty of staff, no one seems capable of answering a ringing phone. I truly don’t understand why my husband supports this kind of service.
