A complete disaster regarding both online and in-store services. I have been trying to obtain the long sleeve home shirt for my husband, which has been out of stock online for months. I called the local store to check availability and was told they had plenty of sizes in stock. However, when I traveled an hour to the store the next day, they didn't have the size I needed. I was advised to call regularly for updates, but the staff couldn’t provide specific delivery days. They mentioned they would set aside the desired size for same-day collection if it arrived. For the past four days, I’ve tried calling the store, but no one answers! I even tried reaching another location, but I either get an answering machine or the number is out of service. My only option now is to drive to both stores daily to check stock myself! This is utterly disgraceful and frustrating. Despite having plenty of staff, no one seems capable of answering a ringing phone. I truly don’t understand why my husband supports this kind of service.

I visited the store and received outstanding assistance from a young staff member who was a true asset to the team. Although I can't recall his name, his initials are KT. Additionally, the gentleman greeting visitors for the stadium tour was friendly and very informative, also a great representative for the store.
I ordered a kit for my 6-year-old but it was too small. After returning it, I noticed the price of the top increased from £60 to £75. I chatted with an agent about swapping it for a larger size, and they said to place a new order and provide the order number for a refund of the price difference. However, when I returned to chat with another agent, they refused the refund! This has been confusing and disappointing service from a supposedly reputable business.

When I emailed for a refund, I was asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund. I opted for the refund and returned both shirts, but four days later, I still haven’t received it.
