It was not made clear that the online store is not affiliated with the official store. After ordering a new home shirt online and paying for delivery, I realized it was too small. When I asked if I could exchange it in-store, I was told I couldn’t and would have to pay for return shipping. The cost of the shirt is already high, and losing money on exchanges is frustrating! They need to clearly communicate that items cannot be exchanged in-store and that there are return fees. The online chat was unhelpful and time-consuming, and I will not be using this online shop again.
