I ordered new trainers for my daughter, but they never arrived. When I finally contacted customer service, I was told to wait longer, and then I was informed that a refund would be processed since the trainers were out of stock. Days went by without a refund, and then I received an email stating there would be no refund. I've requested an investigation with the courier, but there’s been no progress. This is extremely disappointing, especially as a long-time season ticket holder. I will avoid online orders in the future.
