The service was terrible, and I will not use it again. My items arrived late, and I had to pay upfront to return them. After posting them back, I waited a week for confirmation of receipt, only to be told it would take another 14 days for a refund. In the meantime, I had to visit the store to buy what I needed because I was going abroad. I am shocked that such poor service is tolerated in this day and age.
