I appericate that orders get lost. It can happen, all I wanted was them to acknowledge this and I was prepared to wait for refund.What I got from the customer service was beyond awful. Id send shipping address repeatedly and they would ask again. Then claim I gave the wrong address. Messages were mispelled, delayed and rude. Information was false. Its appeared they didnt read messages properly. Impossible and incompentent to deal with. Avoid at all costs.
